Traditionally, our festival runs in November of each year, around the Veterans Day holiday. Our 2022 festival dates will be announced after the beginning of the year.

CIFF has a strict NO REFUNDS policy. Tickets, Packages and Memberships are transferable when contacting customer service.
If you are attending our Kick Off Bash + Badge Pickup on Nov 10, 5:30pm, you will pick up your festival badge there. Reservations required for this and all events + screenings.
If you are unable to attend this event, you will pick up your festival badge at our box office located in the John D. Spreckels Center (Hospitality Center) on Thursday, Friday or Saturday from 9:30 to 6:30pm or Sunday from 12-6pm

It will be in your inbox or possibly the junk folder of the email you used to login. Your ticket will be attached as a pdf that you can print or pull up on your device to be scanned at the door.
We will publish the Festival lineup the beginning of October and Package holders will get notification via email when they are able to reserve tickets with their ticket Package.
