CIFF Policy
In the event of issues beyond CIFF’s control that impact the screening of a film, including technical difficulties, quality concerns, projection issues, or sound issues, CIFF will offer a ticket exchange for another film in the series of your choice.
While CIFF maintains a standing no-refund policy, exceptions for the Classic Film Series may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tickets may also be transferable to another monthly screening with approval from the CIFF Box Office.
CIFF has a strict no-refund policy, including acts of God, nature, and communicable viruses. Transfers are allowed with approval from the CIFF Box Office if you are unable to attend, and all service charges are non-refundable.
